Steps

1. Open the Console tab.
2. Enter the command: ownerid (Your SteamID64)
   
   
   
   
3. Then enter writecfg to save it.
   
   
4. That should be it! However note that some plugins still require permissions to be granted, and being an admin may not be enough.
